How to add your entity’s contracts to Pavilion

You can add contracts to Pavilion through 3 ways:

If your contracts are already online

Send the link to your contracts to contracts@withpavilion.com. We’ll review it from there!

If your contracts are in your e-procurement solution

  • For OpenGov customers, your public contracts can be automatically added and synced to Pavilion:
    • Make the contract record and corresponding contract documents “public”
    • If you haven’t already, mark the contract as piggybackable
    • See step by step instructions here.
  • For Bonfire customers, Pavilion can add contracts from your “Public Contracts” module:
    • Ask your Bonfire representative to turn on the “Public Contracts” module for your agency
    • Mark contracts you want to share as “public”
    • Set up a custom field to mark contracts with cooperative language

If your contracts are stored in your internal systems (shared drive, Sharepoint, etc)

Email contracts@withpavilion.com. Our data experts will show you how to:

  • Extract key contract information: contract number and title, name of awarded vendors, contract start / expiration dates, contact info for contract admin & vendor, etc.
  • Share contract documents: link to a shared drive, or send as an email attachment

We recommend that you send us your new contracts or updates every 3 months.

Common questions

Who will be able to see our contracts?

Contracts will be available to registered Pavilion users. It is free to create an account on Pavilion.

Can I make contracts only show up for my entity or alliance?

Public entities will see that the active cooperative contract exists when they search on Pavilion. If use of a contract is limited based on membership, we can indicate this requirement and direct people to learn more about becoming a member of your cooperative / alliance.
