We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Tiffany Chen to Pavilion, where she will be stepping into her new role as the Head of Product Marketing. Tiffany comes to us with a wealth of experience gained from her background in consulting and her successful tenure as a product marketer in the medical device industry. Discover the compelling reasons behind Tiff's decision to join Pavilion, her love for boba, and more in this interview.
I’ve always been drawn to tough problems that don’t have a straightforward solution but could have large and meaningful impact at scale. Pavilion has identified a pain point that requires a unique combination of government, business, and technology expertise that could unlock tremendous value for public entities and the communities they serve.
I enjoy exploring new boba shops and spending time with my family (which often involves playgrounds and Muni train rides with my 2 young kids). When the kids are older, I hope to spend weekends combining boba adventures with family time.
I’m in product marketing today, but people are surprised when I tell them I studied electrical engineering in school (focusing on signal processing). At some point, I realized that I was more interested in the why of what I was working on. Why were the projects I was working on meaningful? What problems would they solve? What impact would they make? And that led me into business consulting, and eventually product marketing.
