Welcoming KC Badala
We’re thrilled to welcome KC Badala to Pavilion as a Customer Success Manager! With a strong background in customer success, KC has spent the past several years helping organizations navigate complex challenges—ensuring they have the right tools and support to succeed. Coming from Dashlane, where she worked across multiple customer success roles, KC brings a deep understanding of how technology can drive efficiency and improve experiences. Read on to learn more about what drew KC to Pavilion, her love of Broadway, and her goals for the year ahead!
I come from a family of public school teachers and nurses, so when the opportunity at Pavilion arose, I immediately connected with the mission of empowering public servants. In my previous role, working with government entities, one of the biggest pain points these clients often expressed was how long the procurement process would take. Often this led to delays in critical project kick-offs. There is a tremendous opportunity to make the buying process more efficient for local governments, enabling public servants to focus their time on delivering the essential resources for their communities. This mission, combined with an amazing team dedicated to improving public procurement with an empathetic, go-getter attitude, is why I chose to work at Pavilion. I'm excited and eager to begin supporting our suppliers!
When I’m not working you can catch me playing the daily Wordle, listening to podcasts, beach walking, blasting broadway hits, and spending time with my friends & family! I am also a very proud Aunt and love to take weekend trips down to San Diego to hang with my niece and nephew. As a (former!) aspiring journalist, you can also catch me watching evening cable news while cooking dinner!
I have a few goals for next year! I’d love to improve my Tennis skills, try a Salsa dancing class, and volunteer more in my spare time! I am passionate about criminal justice reform, so am eager to get involved in a volunteer program that serves that!
If I was not working in tech, I would have loved to become a broadway star on the big stage in NYC. But, in this lifetime, customer success was calling instead!
