We’re excited to welcome Lucas Seifu to the Pavilion team as our new Partnerships Manager! Lucas will build lasting connections with public agencies, helping agencies seamlessly integrate Pavilion's solutions into their procurement processes. With experience in management consulting, customer insights, and tech at companies like Bain and Google, Lucas will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to drive engagement with public entities and support our mission in making government work more effectively.
I joined Pavilion because I was looking for the opportunity to maximize my impact and I view government as the most powerful vehicle to benefit the public good. Unfortunately, government can be hamstrung by unnecessary bureaucracy that prevents public servants from executing on their mission. I am thrilled to be part of the solution and to empower public servants to save time and money by using technology that makes their jobs easier. The opportunity to work alongside ambitious and mission-driven colleagues is truly inspiring.
When I’m not working, I enjoy discovering new music and attending concerts. I’m passionate about curating playlists and I’m always ready to take over the aux or Bluetooth. I like to stay active, whether going to the gym, cycling, or running; I’ve completed two marathons, though I don’t have plans for another one anytime soon. Additionally, I love to travel and recently spent two months exploring East and Southern Africa.
Recently, I have been taking swimming lessons since I have never been a competent swimmer. It has felt rewarding to see my improvement at something that has always seemed daunting and out of reach. I am still a novice, but with consistency I hope one day I can do a triathlon.
