We are thrilled to welcome Monica DiLullo to the Pavilion Growth team as our new Partnerships Manager. Monica will focus on fostering relationships with public servants and ensuring their agencies have the resources they need to efficiently navigate cooperative contracts through Pavilion. With a background in public policy, partnerships, and social impact at companies like Instacart, Lyft, and Veo, Monica brings valuable experience in working with cities to advance their procurement processes and sustainability goals.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with public sector stakeholders, navigating complex procurement processes to help cities meet their sustainability and public service goals. Pavilion’s mission to streamline procurement and make it more efficient for government agencies aligns perfectly with my passion for driving impactful, scalable solutions. I’m excited to bring my experience in public-private partnerships and procurement strategy to Pavilion, helping agencies find the cooperative contracts they need to improve public services.
When it comes to hobbies, I don’t discriminate. I love to try new things all the time. I teach yoga, am an avid hiker, trained for and ran a half marathon earlier this year, enjoy hitting the gym, dabble in playing guitar, sew my own clothes, host a great dinner party, and enjoy the occasional arts and crafts project. What can I say, I guess my hobby is learning new hobbies?
Jack of all trades, master of none, but — importantly — always greater than a master of one. (Refer to the above paragraph for additional context.)
